Payment Options

At Studio Masters, we offer flexible payment options for your convenience. You can choose to pay for your membership either monthly or annually at the time of registration. The fee includes access to our online videos, which can be viewed via our site only. Additionally, you will have access to any additional features that are added during the course of your paid period of time.

Cancellation Policy: At Develop, we understand that circumstances can change, which is why we allow members to cancel their subscription anytime. However, please note that cancelling will result in you losing access to the content on Develop. If you decide to resume your membership, we cannot guarantee that certain membership options or pricing will be the same or available.

Refund Policy: Please note that due to the nature of all of our content being available immediately, we do not offer a refund for the annual option. However, we do offer a refund before your first renewal if you opted a monthly option. Additionally, we do not offer refunds based on inability to log in or access/ play content unless we can reliably prove an error on our platform exists.

Events refund policy Workshops & Training Events Booking fee is non refundable. Due to the nature of these events and production costs a refund in most cases may not be available and may be applicable to a cancellation fee or only be available to transfer to someone else. Please contact us regarding questions about a refund at [email protected] Should you wish to transfer your chosen event booking to an alternative date, please not that an admin fee of £25 will be applicable.

Failed Subscription Payments At Studio Masters, we value our members and strive to provide the best service possible. As a member you are responsible for the payment of the monthly or annual fee at the time of renewal. In the event that a credit card charge or standing order is refused or a payment due is not made by the member, we reserve the right to suspend membership.

Members Internet Connection Charges, Mobile Phones, Computers etc to access the platform At Studio Masters, we want to ensure that our members have the best experience possible. Please note that members are responsible for providing all necessary equipment and services, such as computers and telephones, to access our site. Additionally, members are responsible for any access charges incurred online services, telephone companies, or internet service providers used in obtaining to our Platform

Membership Termination At Studio Masters, we understand that circumstances may change and you may need to terminate your membership. You may terminate your membership at any time, which will also terminate these terms. To do so, you can either notify us or let your membership expire at the renewal date. Please note that no refund will be given if you decide to terminate your membership midway through your year's subscription.

Piracy / Distributing Content We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time, in the event of a breach of this agreement by the member or anyone accessing Studio Masters using another member's login. Please note that our content is copyrighted under UK law and is strictly prohibited to be copied, shared, or distributed without our permission. We take this very seriously and have implemented sophisticated tracking to thwart this. Any members found illegally distributing our content will have their membership immediately terminated without question. No refund will be given.

Security We take the security of our members' accounts very seriously. Please note that members may not authorise any minors or adults to access their account. The member is responsible for supervising any activity using their password and accepts any actions taken that affect their account by a minor. Additionally, members are responsible for keeping their password and account details confidential. The member agrees to notify Studio Masters of any unauthorised use of their password or account or any other security breach. Please note that Studio Masters will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the member's failure to comply with these provisions.

Privacy We value your privacy and take the protection of your personal information very seriously. When you order shop products on our website, we collect information such as your name, address, contact and billing information, transaction, and credit card information. This information is used to complete transactions and process any of your online purchases, to communicate back to you, update you on our service and benefits, to provide you with information regarding our products and promotions, and to support your use of our services only. Please note that you always have the right to choose not to provide information about yourself to Studio Masters. If you choose not to provide such information, you may be restricted on what is accessible on the site and in addition will not be informed of any upcoming events or new shop products. Members can abstain from receiving newsletters and updates by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email sent from Studio Masters.

Members Submissions

1. We want to ensure that users understand and comply with our terms. By submitting a photograph to us or by otherwise agreeing to our use of a photograph according to these terms, you agree that you have read and fully understand these terms and will comply with them in their entirety.
2. We take copyright very seriously and want to ensure that all photographs submitted to us are done so with the proper permissions. Please do not give us photographs that you didn't take yourself or don't have permission to give to us. By submitting a photograph to us, you represent and warrant that you have taken the photograph yourself and own the copyright of the photograph, or have received the express permission of the copyright owner to have the photograph used and shared by us in accordance with these terms.
3. AI generated backgrounds, we allow, complimentary elements to your own photography works, ie:- a castle in the background, hills, mountains, etc to complete your vision. The principle subject matter of the image captured, MUST be captured in camera. supporting evidence may be requested.
4. All members submissions must be entered under the appropriate category (In camera artistry, composites or camera AI artistry) any submissions submitted inappropriately/ falsely will be immediately disqualified.
5. We appreciate your willingness to allow us to use your photographs and content. Please note that you keep all of your ownership rights to any photograph or other content, but give us permission to use the photograph as determined by us. By submitting, or otherwise agreeing to our use of, a photograph or other content, including but not limited to photo captions, your name, and the names of any person appearing in the content (collectively, "Content"), you grant us the worldwide, unrestricted, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable right to (a) publish, publicly display and perform, modify, edit, alter and otherwise use the Content in whole or in part, without further consent, review or participation from you, for any purpose throughout the world (including commercial and promotional) in any medium or format now existing or hereafter created, including but not limited to print or recorded material, websites, and social media platforms; and (b) use your name, commentary, and other information about you in connection with the content.
6. We want to ensure that all content to us is appropriate and does not infringe upon the rights of others. note that you agree not to submit any Content that: A. Infringes any intellectual property rights of any other person or third party, including but not limited to copyright and trademark. B. Defames or invades the privacy or publicity rights of any person, living or deceased, or infringes any person's or third's personal, property, or other right. C. Is inappropriate, sexually explicit, harassing, abusive, harmful, violent, or otherwise objectionable or offensive in any way. D. Contains any virus, worm, corrupt file, or other forms of malicious code or content that may harm a website or computer. E. Violates any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation.
7. Conflict Resolution, Waiver, and Indemnity If you have a disagreement with us or think any of your Content has been used without your permission or in violation of your rights, let us know so that we can try to work it out. 8. We want to ensure that terms and conditions are enforceable and valid.
